The fame of your instant potato soup continues to grow. I gave bags of it to friends and neighbors for Christmas, and the reviews are raves and requests for the recipe come daily. The best of it is about Don, our 93 year old friend who is in hospice care. He was going downhill fast and would not eat, but I cajoled him into eating some of the soup I had brought him. He LOVED it! His caregivers said he would eat nothing else for a week except that soup, but it helped him get his strength back and eventually he started eating other things too. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It truly may have saved/extended Don's life. Now how are you going to help me top this next Christmas?
THAT IS SOOOO COOL!!!!! Well done, Sarah...am delighted to be a part, in some small way, of this great story!! Just here to love and serve, ma'am!!
